stname String stname The name of the street on the High Injury Network. Note there are some streets that have been grouped under one name because they are continous (eg. Torresdale Ave and Erie Ave are grouped as "Erie")
length_ft Double length_ft The total length (in feet) of the street on the High Injury Network.
