Pedestrian Network Coverage Ratio

Sidewalk coverage percentages along road segments by combining road network data from Overture Maps (2025) with pedestrian infrastructure (2020) The sw_ratio field provides a normalized metric for sidewalk coverage: Calculation: Average of both side coverage ratios: (side1_length/seg_length + side2_length/seg_length) / 2 Range: 0.0 (no sidewalk) to 1.0 (complete coverage on both sides) Capped: Values are capped at 1.0 even if measured sidewalk lengths exceed segment length due to measurement overlaps See https://github.com/dvrpc/gis-sw-coverage for detailed methodology
