In November 2025, DVRPC staff conducted a site visit to downtown Trenton to inventory the mix of uses and tenant names by address. The 2025 inventory included all buildings within the Trenton Downtown Association boundaries. This dataset includes the 2025 inventory, as well as previous inventories of the downtown core conducted in 2020 and 2022. For all retail uses, the dataset notates what type of retail establishment the business is (e.g., Food and Beverage; General Merchandise, Apparel, Furniture, and Other; or Neighborhood Goods and Services), whether the retail establishment is local or a chain, and whether or not the retail establishment has a website and/or social media presence.
